![]() I haven't had a virus on my computer since I first started with Macs 1986. nope, it wasn't Dell, it wasn't Compaq and it wasn't even Microsoft.Īnd lets not get into the virus attacks Windows users seem to be fighting every day of the year. who have set most standard the last years when it comes to computers? Uhm. And saying that the Mac uses yesterdays technology. Where have you been the last few years? Geesh. where did you get that number, 50% to 100% more money for a Mac. First of all, if you want a Mac vs PC war, you need to have more facts about Mac's or you'll lose big. I don't know why you even bother to start a flame war about this. guess that cheap dope you spent on the money you saved on buying a PC is starting to kick in. close your eyes and wait for MacWorld issue #5 (but get issue #4, got 31 photoshop tips there). (the tests I've done is for a Swedish Mac magazine, and you more or less go the conclusions I drew from that test). So my conclusion is, pay for Noise Ninja och Neat Image and you will be very pleased! #NOISEWARE MAC SOFTWARE#DFine has the option with camera profiles but they charge and arm and a leg for the, so it's not a very price worthy software at all. Both becuause they are very expensive and because it's tricky to find the perfect settings without getting "plastic" results. Third place (no profiles) comes Noiseware and on 4th and 5th place comes DFine and Grain surgery. Almost on tied first place comes Neat Image which also have profiles for different camera models, free. Noise Ninja is the best one I've tried, also comes as a standalone app, for those who doesn't use Photoshop and they also provide free camera profiles (not all cameras are listed though). ![]()
